Our head chef

Chef Matt was born in the south of Germany and has a great passion for all kind of foods.

After completing his apprenticeships as a chef and pastry chef in Germany, he went on to work in France, Poland, England, Portugal, Spain, Germany, South Africa and Scotland.

From traditional pub food to Michelin starred restaurants and on to one of the top ten restaurants in the world. He has cooked with many well-known international chefs and for various celebrities.

His favourite style of cooking is the Japanese and Asian fusion kitchen, which is natural, fresh and healthy with a great variety of flavours and style, whilst keeping the main ingredients true to their nature.
